UN-Box 22l 4H2
Paint, varnish and spray cans, lighters, gas cylinders, batteries and LED lights are examples of dangerous goods, because they contain flammable, corrosive or toxic solids, liquids or gases. They must be handled with special care to prevent the release of hazardous substances into the environment. For this reason, only tested and officially approved outer packagings, for which the United Nations has drawn up regulations, may be used for the storage and transport of dangerous goods.
For small quantities of dangerous goods (solids), the Craemer portfolio includes the red UN-Y certified polypropylene (PP) box with a capacity of 22 litres. Impact resistant and robust, this UN Box is approved for a gross payload of up to 10 kilograms and is the ideal solution for households. The tightly closing lid ensures that dangerous goods are stored safely, and the locking rims on the top of the lid ensure that another box can be safely stacked on top. When empty, the box can be nested without the lid. The UN Box can be fitted with optional partition walls and/or trays for better containment of various hazardous materials. The inserts can be combined as required: two partition walls or two trays or one partition wall and one tray. The partition walls and trays snap into place for a secure fit but are easy to remove.

- Container and lid are both injection-moulded in a single piece of polypropylene (PP)
